Peace in Iraq Impossible Without Turkey's Support

While the United States is struggling to prevent a full-blown civil war from erupting in Iraq, Senator Joseph Biden, a Delaware democrat, said peace could not be ensured in Iraq without the help of Turkey.

Biden called for an international conference to be attended by all neighboring countries
