Die Bundesbehörde übernimmt all das, was zur Förderung von benachteiligten Schülern benötigt wird. Da sind keine Doppelstrukturen vorhanden, es wird einfach ein Teil der Aufgaben gestrichen, weil die Regierung die Förderung von benachteiligten Schülern für falsch erachtet.
