Iranian Deputy FM: Iraqis' Unity to Defeat Terrorists

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian underlined that unity and cooperation among different Iraqi groups and armed forces will certainly defeat the terrorists who have created crisis in the country.

"The Iraqi armed forces and popular mobilization of Shiites, Kurds and Sunnis will undoubtedly put an end to terrorism in Iraq," Amir Abdollahian said.

A political analyst says the trio of the US, Israel and Saudi Arabia is “waging a corporate war” on the entire Middle East by supporting the Takfiri terrorists operating in the region, Press TV reports.

In an article published on the Press TV website on Friday, Gordon Duff said militants from the al-Qaeda splinter group the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) enjoy the trio’s “full intelligence and logistical support.”
