Weil es aus genannten Gründen technisch nicht plausibel ist. Ein ballistischer Flugkörper mit Feststoff-Raketentriebwerk ist nun mal ein bißchen was anderes als ein Marschflugkörper, siehe zb. Pershing vs. Tomahawk o.ä. Die Fähigkeit zum niedrigen Konturenflug wird auch interessanterweise nicht in allen Nachrichtenmeldungen zitiert. Ich halte es schlicht für eine Falschinformation.
Sobald es ein Bild gibt, werden wir ja mehr wissen.

Ich denke das liegt in der Art des/der Autors/Autoren. Manche schreiben es halt ausführlicher, manche entscheiden sich für eine kurze Zusammenfassung.

Dann scheint es also eine völlig neue Waffe zu sein, die mit den bisherigen Iskander-Raketen technisch nichts zu tun hat, sondern nur innerhalb des gleichen Systems verwendet wird (Startgeräte, Lenkung etc.).
