STM to Unveil Its New Product KUZGUN at SAHA EXPO 2026 TurDef
STM’s new product, named KUZGUN, will be another unveiling at SAHA EXPO 2026 international defence exhibition to be held in İstanbul between May 5-9, 2026.
SAHA EXPO 2026, featuring 206 new products, will include STM’s new product KUZGUN, details of which are not known yet. However, a recent infographic shared by STM sheds light on what type of product KUZGUN might be.
STM has recently unveiled its new kamikaze UAV projects in said infographic, including a long-range one identical to Shaheed-136 in configuration, an anti-radiation fixed-wing loitering munition, and an interceptor UAV. STM recently shared the flight test for the long-range kamikaze UAV.
The firm began its path in kamikaze UAVs with the quadrotor KARGU and tube-launched ALPAGU, which were followed by the larger ALPAGUT developed cooperatively with ROKETSAN. Using the experiences gained from these projects in terms of design and especially software (Such as the KERKES navigation system), STM plans to expand its portfolio significantly.

ASELSAN CEO Ahmet Akyol stated that three new products, as well as other new products for naval use and Steel Dome, will be launched at SAHA EXPO 2026.
Turkish Defence Firms have highlighted some of the upcoming developments to take place in SAHA EXPO 2026 during the press conference held by the SAHA İstanbul board.
ASELSAN CEO Ahmet Akyol stated that three new products will be shown, as well as others for the naval domain and new capabilities for the Steel Dome.
It is known that Steel Dome will evolve with new sensors and effectors such as ALP 400-G V/UHF band early warning radar against low observable targets, ALP 150-G/P passive radar, ALP 600-G YİRAD high-altitude early warning radar, alongside new air defence effectors.
The upcoming weapons for Steel Dome include GÜRZ 140 mobile air defence system for 8x8 AFVs, unmanned GÜRZ configuration, KORKUT C-RAM, and KORKUT 100/35 SB multi-role weapon.
On the other hand, ASELSAN has rapidly expanded its naval systems family with CENK 350-N X-band fixed AESA radar, GÖKSUR family of point defence missile systems, and new configurations of MARLİN USV.

ROKETSAN shared a video for SAHA EXPO 2026, showing a new missile that is stated to be intended for use against asymmetric threats and low-altitude targets.
ROKETSAN’s second known product to be unveiled at SAHA EXPO 2026, after the bladed MAM-L variant, is a new missile developed with new asymmetric threats and low altitude targets in mind.
The video shared by ROKETSAN for teasing the unveiling does not show the entirety of the missile, but the nose and midsection. An optical seeker and pop-up fins are clearly visible in the video. ROKETSAN described the missile as being “designed to address modern asymmetric threats and low-altitude aerial targets”.

ASELSAN [BIST:ASELS] unveiled new configurations of its ŞAHİN ATOM 40-based C-UAS system as the highly compact ŞAHİN LITE and ŞAHİN DUAL, both fitted with AESA radars.
ASELSAN has reworked the ŞAHİN C-UAS system, formed around an automatic grenade launcher with a kit for ATOM 40 prefragmented airburst rounds with two new variants, unveiled at SAHA EXPO 2026’s outdoors booth. The new variants are ŞAHİN LITE and ŞAHİN DUAL, the latter being based on the same trailer platform as baseline ŞAHİN 130/40GL.

The new variant of ROKETSAN’s long-standing CİRİT laser-guided missile, CİRİT C-UAS, unveiled at SAHA EXPO 2026, is a low-cost addition to the firm’s air defence wing.
The missile available to the PUSU-C weapon system is mounted on 4x4 pickups with Echodyne’s Echoshield metamaterial radars, and an EO/IR system has a range of five kilometres against low-flying air targets like Class 3 UAV types.

ROKETSAN and Altınay Defence Technologies signed a lithium-based battery supply agreement under the AKYA heavyweight torpedo programme, marking a new cooperation step within Türkiye’s defence industrial ecosystem.
Under the agreement signed during SAHA 2026, Altınay Defence will undertake serial production of high-power, high-energy-density lithium-based battery systems for the AKYA heavyweight torpedo.
Developed with national resources for the needs of the Turkish Armed Forces, the AKYA heavyweight torpedo is designed for submarine platforms and represents one of Türkiye’s key indigenous underwater strike systems.

ROKETSAN presented the TAYFUN Block 4 ballistic missile as the heavy hitter of the TAYFUN weapon system on KOLUMAN’s DERMAN 8x8 launcher at SAHA EXPO 2026.
Following the unveiling at IDEF2025, ROKETSAN displayed the TAYFUN Block 4 ballistic missile on the DERMAN 8x8 launcher truck from KOLUMAN at SAHA EXPO 2026 international defence exhibition.
As the heaviest member of the TAYFUN ballistic missile line, only one TAYFUN Block 4 is carried in an open launcher. In contrast, two canister-stored Tayfun Block 1/2A/2B/3 ballistic missiles can be carried.
Measuring 938 mm in diameter (Roughly 1.5 times that of other variants) and 10 m in length, TAYFUN Block 4 has a total weight of 7200 kg.
While the range figure is not disclosed, it is believed to be significantly longer than Block 3, which is arguably among the extended range variants due to the difference in rocket motor size and the sharply profiled nosecone to minimise drag.

HAVELSAN unveiled the BARKAN 3 UGV, which continues the increase in size and capacity through the BARKAN line of UGVs at SAHA EXPO 2026 defence exhibition.
HAVELSAN’s BARKAN 3, as BARKAN 2’s follow-up, is adding another scale-up, reaching the Medium-2 class.
With a new chassis design, BARKAN 3 is heavier at 1000 kg and has significant mobility improvements. BARKAN 3 will be available with all-electric or hybrid electric configurations, depending on customer requirements.
The mobility improvements of BARKAN 3 include improved fording capability at 50 cm and a higher maximum speed.

ROKETSAN officially unveiled the NEŞTER, a kinetic kill variant with blades for the widespread MAM-L laser-guided munition, during SAHA EXPO 2026.
ROKETSAN’s NEŞTER (Scalpel in Turkish) variant of MAM-L brings a specialised munition to neutralise key targets without collateral damage, especially in highly populated areas.
The munition deploys six blades stowed along the fuselage in place of the warhead, which focuses the terminal kinetic energy on the desired target. The blades are deployed depending on the feedback from an optical sensor array located below the laser seeker aperture.

Pasifik Teknoloji's [BIST: PATEK] TİTRA presented the hand-launched DELİ-S loitering munition that can operate individually or in homogenous/heterogeneous swarms at SAHA EXPO 2026.
TİTRA’s new products from the latest SAHA EXPO include the DELİ-S hand-launched loitering munition as well as a pickup-based triple catapult for DELİ-2 loitering munition.
DELİ-S is lighter compared to DELİ-2, at a weight of 10 kg and a 2 kg warhead, which allows it to be comfortably hand-launched. Powered by two electric propellers, DELİ-S can reach a range of 35 km and is available with a gimbal optic.
Another notable feature of DELİ-S is its ability to operate in swarms, where one unit can be tasked as a scout or escort to an attacking unit. In addition to operation in homogeneous swarms, DELİ-S can also operate as a part of swarms consisting of multiple platform types from TİTRA’s portfolio, such as DELİ-2, ALPİN RUAV, or SAVX’s MERKÜT FPV.
