Mit Sicherheit. Auch habe ich meine Zweifel, dass das Geld für den Bau und Betrieb ausschließlich von privaten Investoren gestemmt werden kann. Das klingt hier für mich nach einem recht krummen Ding, denn wer dafür Kredite gibt, muss damit rechnen, dieses Geld nicht mehr zu sehen.

Wegen der EU-Sanktionen im Atomstreit mit dem Iran hat Teheran nach eigenen Angaben sämtliche iranische Bankkonten in Europa aufgelöst. Die Zentralbank habe die Guthaben iranischer Banken von Konten in Europa abgezogen, sagte Zentralbankchef Mahmud Bahmani laut einem Bericht der Nachrichtenagentur Fars. Daher gebe es kein Problem mit dem Einfrieren iranischer Konten durch die Europäische Union.

Wer von privat dafür Kredite gibt, der rechnet öfters gar nicht damit, sein Geld wieder zu sehen, sondern der will an die Bürgschaften und Versicherungen ran.
Ist doch höchst einfach: auf dem Papier leihe ich dir eine bestimmte Summe, in Wahrheit aber kriegst du viel weniger von mir. Dann zahlst du nicht, ich kassiere die Bürgschaft/Versicherung und mache Gewinn (schließlich habe ich ja deutlich weniger an dich gezahlt) und du machst auch Gewinn weil du mein Geld unterschlagen kannst und einige nette persönliche Geschenke von mir bekommst.

Oder ich will Geld waschen, Schwarzgeld, beispielsweise veruntreute Steuergelder. Was gibt es da besseres als ein teures Bauvorhaben, mit dem man auf einen Schlag eine gewaltige Summe waschen kann.

und und und, der Möglichkeiten sind ja viele....

Selbst die Bundesregierung sichert ja im Iran private Vorhaben beispielsweise mit Hermes Bürgschaften ab. Und gewisse Deutsche Unternehmen haben allerlei Schmu mit diesen Hermesbürgschaften getrieben. Und wenn sie ihr Geld im Iran verlieren, Scheiß drauf, zahlt ja dann der deutsche Steuerzahler.

Hermes sichert Dir doch nicht Deinen Geldverleih an iranische Kreditnehmer ab Hermes Kredite dienten vor allem dazu, das Risiko von Exportgeschäften zu minimieren. Sprich falls man etwa beim Bau von Maschinen in Vorleistung geht und der Kunde am Ende nicht zahlt. Aber die Zahlungsmoral der über iranische Akkreditivbanken abgewickelten Geschäfte, hat einen guten Ruf. Demnach ist es also eher unwahrscheinlich, dass Hermes aufgrund ausbleibender Zahlung einer anerkannten iranischen Akkreditivbank großartig greifen musste. Die Gefahr von derartigen Geschäften besteht eher darin, dass die Ware nicht ausgeliefert werden kann, weil der deutsche Zoll schlechte Laune hat. Keine Ware, kein Geld.

Aufgrund der protektionistischen Wirtschaftspolitik sind für Ausländer im Prinzip nur Joint-Ventures bzw. Minderheitsbeteiligungen an Projekten möglich, die im Endeffekt unter Kontrolle des iranischen Partners bleiben. Es ist daher tatsächlich verwunderlich, was die italienischen und türkischen Investoren dazu bewogen hat, in dieses nicht gerade lukrativ erscheinende Geschäft "Längste Gondelbahn der Welt" einzusteigen. Um ein Vorstellung davon zu haben, müsste man die Details kennen.

‘Privatization not fully based on Article 44 of constitution’

TEHRAN, Sept. 6 (MNA) – Chairman of The Supreme Audit Court (SAC) Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli has expressed his views about major economic issues including the fourth and fifth development plans, privatization, excessive imports, and the subsidy reform plan.

On privatization, Fazli said the handover of the state companies to the private sector has not been carried out according to the requirements set in the Article 44 of the Constitution and most of the companies have been handed over to the semi-official companies.

“The private sector has been involved in at most 15 percent of the transactions and handovers,” he stated.

About excessive imports into the country, he said even in the production of simple products, Iranian companies can not compete with rival foreign companies.

Fazli also pointed to the subsidy reform plan, saying officials should honestly inform people about the repercussion of the plan.

“For sure, the implementation of the plan will lead to a rise in prices,” he asserted.

Mit anderen Worten: Die Privatisierung ist eine Scheinprivatisierung, die iranischen Unternehmen sind nicht konkurrenzfähig und die Regierung verheimlicht der Bevölkerung die Auswirkung der geplanten massiven Subventionskürzungen auf ihre Lebensunterhaltskosten. Warum ich jetzt auch immer an die Deutsche Bahn denken muss...na jedenfalls geht im Iran alles seinen gewohnten Gang... :?

Ich bin ebenfalls grundsätzlich gegen die Todesstrafe, aber Ich denke nicht, dass die iranische Justiz sich von Unterschriftensammlungen aus Rheinland-Pfalz beeinflussen lässt. Und man sollte von einem Gericht auch erwarten, sich von derartigen Einflüssen zu befreien. Das Problem für Frau Ashtiani liegt offenbar darin begründet, dass sie des Mordes und des Ehebruchs beschuldigt ist. Darauf steht im Iran die Todesstrafe. Warum Frau Ashtiani mehr Recht auf Leben haben sollte, als andere zum Tode verurteilte Straftäter, erschließt sich mir nicht.

Mir scheint, dass die Medienhysterie um diesen konrekten Fall enstanden ist, weil eine ganz bestimmte Form der Tötung, die Steinigung, in Aussicht gestellt ist. Hätte die Forderung der Anklage wie üblich "Tod durch Erhängen" gelautet, hätte sich vermutlich niemand für ihr Schicksal interessiert. Und das ist nicht minder makaber an der Sache...

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast says the death sentence of a woman convicted of adultery and murder has been suspended.

Mehmanparast said that Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani was guilty of murder and adultery. "Defending a person on trial for murder should not be turned into a human rights matter."

He went on to add that if releasing all parties found guilty of murder is to be considered a matter of defending human rights, then European countries can free all incarcerated murderers in the name of human rights.

"The sentencing of Ms. Ashtiani for adultery has been stopped and [her case] is being reviewed again, and her sentencing for complicity in murder is in process."

"This is an absolutely illegal sentence," he said. "Two of five judges who investigated Sakineh's case in Tabriz prison concluded that there's no forensic evidence of adultery.

"According to the law, death sentence and especially stoning needs explicit evidences and witnesses while in her case, surprisingly, the judge's knowledge was considered as enough," he said.

"Azar was arrested when she was just 15. They couldn't punish her before she became 18 years old according to the law, so they waited until now … and want to stone her to death," Ahadi said. She has been subjected to mock stonings, complete with partial burial in the ground. "They're preparing her for the real one," said Ahadi.

Ahadi who has been following the stoning sentence in Iran over the past few years says that she is aware of the names of 12 other women who are sentenced to death by stoning in Iran at the moment.

TEHRAN, Sept. 11 (MNA) -- The dispute between Iran and the British Museum has been settled as the museum has finally loaned the Cyrus Cylinder to the National Museum of Iran for four months.

The artifact arrived in Iran on Friday along with a BM delegation led by the Curator, BM Department of the Middle East, John Curtis, Iranian media announced on Friday.
