Russia, Iran agree on launch date of nuclear power plant

Sergei Shmatko, president of Russia's Atomstroiexport company which is involved in building the plant, was quoted by the Itar-Tass and Interfax news agencies as saying the two sides had signed an additional protocol that set September 2007 as Bushehr's start date and scheduled the delivery of nuclear fuel to Iran for March 2007.

Iran will offenbar Uran-Anreicherung aussetzen

Der Iran ist im Atomkonflikt laut einem Medienbericht zu einem Geheimabkommen über einen befristeten Stopp seiner umstrittenen Uran-Anreicherung bereit. Demnach wolle der Iran die Anreicherung für einen Zeitraum von 90 Tagen aussetzen.
