TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Iran's satellite program has been plagued by numerous delays that stem from technical and organizational difficulties.
A study by Israel's Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies said Iran has repeatedly missed deadlines in its satellite program. The report said that in some cases Iran failed to achieve its satellite goals even after 30 years of work.
