Das sind die Mitgliedstaaten der ECO (Economic Cooperation Organization) :

Also , es wär doch denkbar , dass diese Staaten sowas wie eine "islamische EU" bilden könnten (in naher Zukunft) .
Die EU ist auch aus der Montanunion entstanden und ich finde ,dass man nicht immer die Gemeinschaften in Rassen einteilen solte (Iran und Turan)!
Iran und die Türkei werden als Erzfeinde gesehen , da das Osmanische -und das Safavidenreich ständig im Konflikt standen und beide sich als "wahre islamische Staaten" betrachteten! (Die gesamte DAMALIGE islamische Welt war zwischen Iran und dem Osmanischen Reich geteilt.)
Aber man darf nicht vegessen , dass auch das romanisch-katholische Frankreich auch der Erzfeind Deutschlands war und beide sind heute die engsten Partner.
Also , wenn es die Türkei nicht schafft in die EU zukommen , dann wird sie vielleicht wohl in die Richtung gehen! Also die Türkei vom radikalen Laizismus zum liberalen Islam und auch der Iran vom radikalen Islamismus auch zum liberalen Islam!

Besides shared cultural and historic affinities, they have been able to use the existing infrastructural and business links to further fortify their resolve to transfer their hopes and aspirations into a tangible reality. ECO has embarked on several projects in priority sectors of its cooperation including energy, trade, transportation, agriculture and drug control.
