Aus aktuellem Grund, da der New START-Vertrag ausgelaufen ist:
Auch wenn Trump erst einmal herumlamentiert, dass der alte Vertrag ja schlecht ausgehandelt gewesen sei (er würde sicherlich keinen demokratischen Präsidenten loben), so ist seine Haltung durchaus auch nicht gänzlich als schlecht anzusehen, wenn er einen neuen Vertrag will. Ich befürchte nur, dass das Ziel, auch die Chinesen einzubinden, nicht erreicht werden wird - Peking winkt ja jetzt schon ab (und baut im Stillen sein Atompotenzial weiter aus).
