The Second Deputy Head of the High Council of State (HCS) and Head of the Libyan–Turkish Friendship Committee, Mousa Faraj, met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Libya, Güven Begeç, to discuss recent political developments in the country and the challenges hindering consensus among political parties.
The meeting also explored ways to activate the role of the Libyan–Turkish Friendship Committee and enhance its contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in the economic sector, in a manner that serves the shared interests of Libya and Turkey, according to a statement issued by the HCS media office.
