Die von dir verlinkten Dokumente belegen in erster Linie nur, dass man in Australien die gleichen Probleme in der Beschaffung hat, wie auch bei uns - fehlendes Forderungscontrolling und eine Industrie, die viel verspricht, aber wenig davon termingerecht liefert.
Deine Aussage war jedoch, dass die Australier bei der Nachweisführung "schlampen" und Material als funktionsfähig deklarieren, was es aber nicht sei. Deine Bewertung dahingehend wird aber durch deine Quellenlage nicht gestützt
