In der Gölçük Werft beginnen die Arbeiten zum Bau des ersten Testblocks für die im Rahmen des MILDEN Programms entwickelten U-Boote. Die U-Boote die im Rahmen des Programms gebaut werden sollen sind größer als die der Reis Klasse (U-214 TN) und können andere Waffen wie LACM oder ballistische Raketen mitführen.
