allerdings ist die 054-Klasse bereits in anderen Foren in Zusammenhang mit der SA-N-9 und SA-N-12 gebracht worden ....

cannot be sure so we have to wait for clearer pictures. Personally, I do not hold much hope of the ship having a SA-N-9 as it would defeat the purpose of a cheap, inexpensive warship. I think the design is calling for a 100% local made and cheap, general purpose frigate. Therefore, I expect to see local weapons like that HHQ-7 or even perhaps the FLS-1/LR66.

Is that a 730 CIWS on top of the helo hanger??

No there seems to be no type 730 but u can see 4 Ak-630 though.
