TKMS und Kongsberg wollen die Zusammenarbeit vertiefen. Die Frage wäre nun, ob eine Übernahme eines Teils von TKMS durch Berlin direkt hier wieder etwas mehr Gewicht bekommt bzw. ob die Aussicht, potenziell in einen "Staatsbetrieb" einzusteigen, für Kongsberg Anreiz bzw. Sicherheit war?
