Dearsan, a Recurring Player in the Turkish Navy’s Buildup TurDef
Dearsan will build two new generation MCM ships and four Hisar-class OPVs for the Turkish Navy, making a significant return after Tuzla-class patrol boats.

The two MCM ships to be built by Dearsan will carry two USVs fitted with MCM equipment, appearing to be ASELSAN-SEFİNE MARLIN USVs on the brochure shared by Defence Turkey Editor İbrahim Sünnetçi.

UUV loadout will consist of two shallow water UUVs, two multi-purpose UUVs, and single/multi-shot (Likely referring to expendable) UUVs from STM and two mid-water UUVs from ASELSAN. The mentioned UUVs might be ASELSAN’s DERİNGÖZ-600 and STM’s NETA family of UUVs, with the latter revealed in SAHA EXPO 2024.

The CONOPS of Dearsan’s MCM ship is parallel with the city-class MCM ships, which will employ similar capabilities.
