in July Bijan was caught taking pictures of several young boys. He was mobbed and the police called. It turned out that all he was trying to do is get evidence of the boys damaging his garden. The police quickly released him without charge. But in the next two days what ensued here were rumors and hysteria. That led to two of his neighbors to take matters in to their own hands. They dragged Bijan’s body in to a courtyard. Attacked him and. set him alight.
