Iranian students to protest desecration of holy site in Syria

Iranian students plan to gather in front of the United Nations office in Iran’s capital, Tehran, to protest the desecration of a revered site belonging to a Shia Muslim figure by the militants in Syria.

According to media reports on Thursday, the militant groups in Syria have raided the mausoleum of Hujr ibn Adi in the Damascus suburb of Adra, and transferred his remains to an unknown location.

The students from different universities in Tehran will gather in front of the UN office on Monday to protest the blasphemous act.

Warum vor dem Büro der UN demonstrieren? Wegen ihrem Schweigen?
Richtiger wäre es, die Demo vor der saudischen Botschaft durchführen. Von dort kamen zuvor wiederholt Aufrufe zu solchen Taten.
