Russlands Kriegsmarine will laut Vize-Admiral Oleg Burzew, Vizechef des Stabs der russischen Seekriegsflotte, im kommenden Herbst das mit der Interkontinentalrakete „Bulawa“ ausgestattete Atom-U-Boot „Juri Dolgoruki“ in den Dienst stellen.

The next Bulava test launch, scheduled “this month”, will be from new submarine YURY DOLGORUKIY … a total of five tests planned this year … if successful, Bulava to be officially introduced by end-2011 / early 2012.
(rmks: earlier announcement gave the date for the test launch “from the White Sea” as “between 15 and 17 June”)
