Pakistan scheint zwar gewillt zu sein, gegen die vermeintlichen Hintermänner der Schreckenstat von Mumbai in den Reihen der Lashkar-e-Taiba vorzugehen, aber wie schon berichtet nicht willens zu sein, diese an Indien auszuliefern. Stattdessen wird die rhetorische Schärfe gegenüber Indien gesteigert.
